Delete your Menumark account

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, scan history and subscription link from our servers immediately.

If you can't open the app, email melberlabs@gmail.com from the address of your account with the subject "Delete my Menumark account". We delete the account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm by email. Backups that may still contain it are overwritten within 7 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
