Common questions

How accurate are the numbers? They are estimates for a typical restaurant portion, shown as a range with a confidence label. When a menu prints calories, Menumark uses that number.

Is it safe for allergies? No app can confirm ingredients from a photo. Menumark only warns what a dish may contain. Always ask the restaurant.

How do I cancel Pro? In your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account, or here.
