Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms are an agreement between you and MelberLabs for the Menumark app. If you downloaded Menumark from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict on Apple-specific matters, Apple's terms prevail.
The service
Menumark reads a photo of a menu you take or choose and shows estimated calories and protein and a ranking for your goal. Estimates come from an AI model and a fixed formula; they can be wrong. Menumark is not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Never rely on it for an allergy or a medical condition: always confirm ingredients with the restaurant.
Your account
You can use the first scans without an account. You are responsible for your password. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
Menumark Pro
Menumark Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through Apple or Google. The price and length are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage and cancel it in your account settings. A free trial, where offered, ends when you subscribe or when it converts to a paid subscription. Deleting your Menumark account does not cancel a subscription. Pro includes up to 15 scans a day (fair use). Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated scanning, no attempts to bypass limits, no uploading of images you have no right to use or that are unlawful.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
